Cancellation and Refund Policy

Every piece we sell is hand-made and shipped from Indore. This policy explains when you can cancel an order, and what happens if a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered.

Cancelling an Order

Orders are dispatched 7 to 10 business days after payment, which leaves a window to cancel:

  • Before dispatch: cancel for any reason and receive a full refund, no questions asked — message us on WhatsApp or email support@swastikstore.co with your order reference
  • After dispatch: an order that is already with the courier cannot be cancelled, but see the section below if it arrives damaged
  • Cash on Delivery orders: tell us before dispatch and we will cancel at no cost, as no money has changed hands

How Refunds Work

When a refund is due, this is the process:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 99772 21008 or email support@swastikstore.co with your order reference and, for damage, photographs
  2. We will confirm within 2 business days whether a refund or replacement applies
  3. Approved refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days, and your bank may take a few days more to show the credit
  4. Refunds go back to the original payment method — a Razorpay payment is refunded to the same card, UPI ID or account used to pay

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Crystal is fragile and we pack it carefully, but if something goes wrong we will put it right at our cost. Report it within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the item and the packaging:

  • The piece arrived broken, chipped or damaged in transit
  • The piece has a manufacturing defect
  • You received a different item from the one you ordered

What We Cannot Accept

Because these are fragile, hand-finished pieces, we are not able to accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind once an order has been dispatched — please cancel before dispatch instead
  • Damage reported more than 48 hours after delivery, or without photographs of the item and packaging
  • Slight variation in colour, veining or hand-painted detail from the product photographs, which is inherent to hand-made crystal and is not a defect
