These terms govern your purchase of goods from swastikstore.co, operated by Swastik Store LLP, Indore. By placing an order you agree to them.

What We Sell
Swastik Store is an online retailer of physical goods. We sell hand-painted crystal idols, kalash sets and related decorative items, shipped to addresses in India. We do not provide puja, ritual, astrological, consultation or any other service — our obligation to you is limited to delivering the goods you have paid for.
Placing an Order
You do not need an account to buy from us. When you place an order:
- You must give a correct name, mobile number and delivery address — we are not responsible for a parcel that cannot be delivered because the address was wrong or incomplete
- Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we confirm the order and dispatch it, and we may decline an order if an item is unavailable or the price was listed in error
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order
Prices and Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices marked as pre-booking prices are valid only for the period stated on the site. You may pay online by card, UPI, netbanking or wallet through Razorpay, or arrange Cash on Delivery with us over WhatsApp. Because each piece is hand-made, colour, veining and finish vary slightly from the photographs; this natural variation is not a defect.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, product photography, graphics and logos, is the property of Swastik Store LLP and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce it for commercial use without our written permission.
Your Content
If you send us a photograph or review, you allow us to display it in connection with the shop. You remain the owner of anything you send, and you can ask us to stop using it at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
